Last Updated: February 11, 2019 Thats right you are looking at the #56th person to finish the Technicalseo.expert Level 2 challenge. This was a really neat and mildly infuriating puzzle that I encourage everyone in SEO to give a shot. I mean, look at this sweet badge you get after completing it.
To make it through this challenge you will need to make it through level 1 (funny how that works)
Level 1 Skills required
- basic site structure and architecture
- basic understanding of metadata and how to find it. (Ayima Page Insights <– trust me this will help a ton)
- View Page Source and Inspect Element
- Response Headers
- Patience
- Patience
- Your best GoogleFoo
- Redirect Chains and Status Codes
- Escaped Fragments
- More Patience
That should get you through a good amount of the first level.
Level 2 Skills required
- Everything from level 1 + more patience and probably a beer or two
- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (bare minimum knowledge required)
- Check every single response header
- impersonate browser types/search engine crawlers.
